In peak summer season, our home is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Outside of peak season, there is a three-night minimum.

We do not rent for the full summer or for only one or two nights. For longer stays, consecutive weeks may be rented based on availability.

Rates quoted below are for one to four people. Four is the maximum occupancy of our rental.

Because this is a rental by owner, you won't pay state tax, realtor commissions, or booking site fees when you rent directly from us. This will save you upwards of $500.00 on the cost of a one-week rental and over $1,000.00 in taxes and fees on two weeks.
